Join the PVC Swim Team!

Calling all swimmers.... PVC Dolphin's Summer Swim Team is now accepting applications for our Summer 2012 season. Applications are due by March 5th, 2012. So download the forms, fill it out completely and submit along with your payment

Registration Forms: Registration form for Members, Registration form for Non-Members.

If you have not swam with the Dolphins before you can go ahead and submit an application along with a check for the required amount. This will hold a spot for you on our wait list. We will not know if we are taking any new swimmers until after March 5th, 2012. All wait listed people will receive a phone call or e-mail as soon as we determine eligibility. If you have any questions please e-mail swimteam@pvclub.com.
